As a community health center, all are welcome through our doors – regardless of insurance status and ability to pay. Visitors to Molokai experiencing medical or dental needs are also welcome through our doors.

We accept most private insurance plans and Medicaid/QUEST. Sliding fee discounts for under-insured and uninsured patients are available. Our procedures and visit fees may be discounted based on family income level using State and Federal guidelines. Proof of income is required at the time of registration (to be updated annually) to participate in these sliding scale discounts. Please remember that your insurance company may not cover all costs. It is your responsibility to pay any deductible or other balance not paid by your insurance company. Please be prepared to pay your copay at each visit.
